Mientras descubre los bellos parajes de los alrededores, Ryo se interesa por la parte más religiosa de la zona, sin percatarse de que hay un extraño culto en el que se conjugan el sexo y la muerte, ritos que incluyen el sacrificio de una mujer joven... y en el que Hotaruko tiene algo que ver. Los diferentes clanes de la familia de Ryo parecen tener sus propios planes para la chica. Algo turbio se está maquinando en la isla...
