frequency of a new driver dies
A blog reader, who recently joined TUZSA the template, we sent back an email to share with us how you see things from the perspective of his new job as a driver:
"Hello everyone
I am the" new driver "that I posted a few months ago, as I told you offered me as an intermediary to give a vision of the problem, TUZSA-DRIVERS-CITY.
1.CLIENTES:
Well, since I started working here I found in various situations. There are customers who are the worst, they are heavy because they catch a bus and there are times it seems, to do so randomly, that is they ask you in the street near the van and that's that spend a little on the service, as it is called taxi. Yet I've always tried to help as much as possible.
There are customers who are the best in one stop you raise your hand, to stop, that fool is greatly appreciated, because if he and not only that you have been stung to lose, and not stop, you gain time.
There are customers who are the worst, always take a half hour waiting at the bus stop (hey and it's always half an hour, never 20 minutes, or ten if it will always be ... a lie?) In any case, the line goes late and is the animal that comes screaming at customer's face and I certainly do not walk into a bakery for bread because there screaming line to buy, it bothers anyone, and at the next stop again, and again in the next, ie each stop are more burned and the worst part is that it's not your fault (then tell you my opinion of the blame for this.)
When the line is late there is the right client that sucks ... because it is late, but understand that may not be the fault of the driver.
My personal opinion after having done almost all the lines:
Almost all lines are too tight in time, ie one terminal to another to get arrive, but be careful not pinch three traffic lights normally you take in green, red or get into a little jam and then you do not get when you make, and you get three to seven minutes late (at best) usually if you spend too much of late, ie 5 -7 minutes late you will not put you in time. That is, salts and 5 minutes later it seems nothing stops are more crowded. Consequently loads more, go slower, you run behind and catching the "buses ua ua twos."
I'd put more real time (as time sheets, for me it is theoretically) to get from one terminal to another for two reasons:
1. meet frequencies and have not burned with TUZSA customers and suffered head visible, drivers.
2. Allow the driver to reach a terminal always have time to at least get up and take a little walk, otherwise, ie as it is now reaching a terminal and does not rise, the other terminal and keep going as late as no stop the other, this translates into a lower quality of the driver, do not forget the one who takes the customer, this is logical right? What less than three minutes off the guaranteed minimum.
2.CONDUCTORES.
What I've seen, there is a client driver because I hate the whore, and also the driver is friendly, you have to know is that it is difficult to find the driver nice when the line is late, customers yell and complain about everything. The driver and the client are condemned to understand, would not it be much easier if we all get along?
Still today any company when there is a problem, if we follow the thread to this problem in the end, we realize that the problem is money, in TUZSA would not be an exception, it is known that the km and the need the money right? But so what the hell they were going to give more time if they would make less money, sad but true ...
BUSES:
The state of many of them material, but more or less all go, have a failure but would not lay all the blame they are all old and everything is shit, are buses that are running all day, it is normal to fail, keeping what could be better? Well, yes, everything can be improved, but as more money so that they would keep longer and better, it's sad but true ..
conclude by saying that in order to have more empathy there, this work is not easy because it has a lot of stress and if you throw up as above ... worse but worse for everyone.
